Nintendo Download: Movers and Shakers

Red Dead Redemption makes its arrival on Switch, along with Moving Out 2 and certain title that’s sure to drive you a little batty.

There’s little doubt what game is the star of the week for Nintendo Switch, as Rockstar’s western epic Red Dead Redemption is here. Or it will be at least, in a few days time. The title officially hits on the 17th, and brings the entire original game with it, plus the Undead Nightmare expansion pack that turns John Marston’s frontier adventure into more of a survival horror experience.

If you’re not into that, there’s also physics-fueled sequel Moving Out 2. That game brings that same “moving simulator” action of the original back for round 2, casting players as a F.A.R.T. with Smooth Moves moving. Yes, that’s a lot of bodily function jokes for a game about moving people between homes.

Still nothing that strikes your fancy? Well while there’s a massive list of smaller releases this week as well, and there are a few names among them that you’ll likely recognize. Niche horror title Organ Trail gets a new release, along with a video game adaptation of Mouse Trap, and… oh yeah, Vampire Survivors.

The phenomenon makes the leap from the PC to the Switch on the 17th, bringing its smothering hordes of monsters to Nintendo fans. It’s been a mega-hit for its original platform, so it’s game you might want to take a look at. Though it does hit the same day as Red Dead, so just keep that in mind.
