The launch for the console edition of Rockfish’s highly-anticipated space-faring action RPG Everspace 2 is right around the corner.
Let’s see what’s out there
“With space adventure games getting more attention than ever, we’re excited to bring EVERSPACE 2 to whole new audiences on Xbox and PlayStation this August,” says ROCKFISH Games CEO Michael Schade. “The two years we spent in Early Access when developing for our PC launch has served us well in the lead up to our release on consoles and we’ve used the last few months well, polishing an already rock-solid foundation. Series X and PlayStation 5 players can look forward to exploring the star systems of EVERSPACE 2 supporting 60 FPS when we launch later this summer.”

Featuring more than 100 “handcrafted locations” (think about that one for a second) spread out across a 30 hour single player campaign, Everspace 2 arrives for Xbox Series X|S and PS5 on August 15th. PS5 players will get “haptic feedback, adaptive trigger, and speaker features”, and on the Xbox side, subscribers will be able to get in on the action via Game Pass on day one. Even better, the title will take advantage of play-anywhere, for both Xbox and PC.
