Nintendo Download: Now Step on It!

It’s time to put the peddle to the metal and blast through LEGO 2K Drive, as the latest bricked-up title arrives with Convergence, Boltgun, and more.

Blocky racers and retro shooters

It should be mentioned that LEGO 2K Drive is the spotlighted game of the week this week on Switch. But as cool as the LEGO-themed racer looks, it’s not even close to being the title that we’re most excited for. That’d be Warhammer 40K: Boltgun, but we’ll get back to that.

First and foremost, there’s that kit-powered driving title. It hasn’t actually been all that long since LEGO 2K Drive has been announced, and it’s already here and looking fantastic. If you’re into LEGO, and that’s probably most of the gaming universe, and you like driving games… well it certainly seems like it’d be a safe bet. Ah but again, it’s not alone this week.

2K’s big release is joined by some smaller ones. And those include Convergence: A League of Legends Story, re-releases for Dying Light and Call of Juarez: Gunslinger (which is great btw), Farming Simulator 23, and Warhammer 40K: Boltgun.

That last title is one to keep an eye on too. Themed with Games Workshop’s venerable tabletop strategy game, Boltgun put players in the boots of an Ultramarine, for all-out action in the 41st Millennium. But this isn’t a modern shooter, as Boltgun is crafted to look like it was made back in the heyday of Quake and Unreal. And man, this is just my opinion, but does it look great.

While the above is pretty packed too, there are of course a cornucopia of other newly released titles. Scroll down for all of ’em.
