At long last, the Adepta Sororitas is coming to Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr. NeocoreGames’ action RPG will get its newest faction this month.
The Inquisition returns
It’s been a while since the Adepta Sororitas class was announced for Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr. But here in the wake of a major update that introduced a new season and brought the title to the current generation of consoles, the Sisters of Battle are finally set to arrive.
The DLC arrives this month on the 22nd for the PC, and will allow players to field a Sister in combat, as a selectable class when starting a new quest. It’s going to be pretty packed too, and is hardly just a re-skin.
It will include everything that goes along with the class, including:
- A new playable class: An Inquisitor with an Adepta Sororitas background
- New game mechanics: Embodied Saint form, Acts of Faith empowerments
- New items and item types: Flamers, Blessed Blades, Power Mauls, Power Halberds and more
- New passive skills
- New perks
- New enchants
- and more
The Sister of Battle is just the latest addition to NeocoreGames’ popular title, which is kind of amazing, since Inquisitor – Martyr is 4 years old. It originally came out in 2018 and it’s still getting major updates. The most recent one saw the Season of Judgement arrive a few months back.
Here’s a look at that:
Getting back to the Sister though, while she’s hitting for the PC version of the game this month, she won’t debut for the console editions for a while yet. There’s actually no announcement on that, with a release slotted in at “a later date”.
Nevertheless, Warhammer 40K: Inquisitor – Martyr is also available for Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
