Activision shares lots more Call of Duty: Vanguard campaign info

Call of Duty: Vanguard news is heating up, and that includes a good deal more about what looks to be a pretty cool campaign mode.

We recently got our first glimpse of the Call of Duty Vanguard campaign, and it’s actually looking pretty slick. A good storyline is something that Activision has been trying to nail for a while in regards to CoD. Not that that’s totally unusual the series, as Black Ops Cold War had a decent story. But let’s get back to Vanguard.

The game takes players back to WWII once again, though to a fresh setting and with a brand new (seemingly conspiracy-laden) theme. And in the midst of that, we’re treated to developer Sledgehammer Games’ vision of the rise of the military’s special forces.

If you’re dying to know more, then you’re in luck. Activision released a flood of info yesterday, that includes a deeper look at the campaign, as well as the characters that you’ll get to play as.
