Beyond Good and Evil might be an NX exclusive

It kind of looks like the looming awaited sequel to Beyond Good and Evil might finally be making an appearance, and as a Nintendo NX exclusive.

While we don’t know what the final name of the forthcoming new Nintendo console will be, we just might know what one of its first hits will be. According to website Destructoid, Nintendo has agreed to finance the development of Ubisoft’s Beyond Good and Evil: The Prejudices of Philosophers, with the stipulation that the title will be exclusive to their new platform.

This wouldn’t be the first time that the Big N has done something like this of course, as PlatinumGames worked out a similar deal for their recently released Bayonetta 2 for the Wii U, though this would be a considerably bigger deal than that. And before you say that there’s probably nothing to it, know also that the source is apparently a good one, and has previously leaked info on both Nintendo and Microsoft news that later turned out to be true.

If this is true, then it’s a boon to Nintendo, as the game has been ridiculously looked forward to for ages, and whenever teased has met with plenty of enthusiasm from the gaming public. So basically, cross your fingers.
