Jason Bourne returns in hard-hitting Super Bowl spot

Punches and things going ‘boom’ galore, here’s that Super Bowl spot for the latest Bourne flick.

The fifth installment of the Bourne franchise, the latest movie is simply called Jason Bourne. It’s a biggie too, as Matt Damon returns to the role after taking a movie off to make way for a new character in the Bourne universe (played by Jeremy Renner).

And as you can see from the Super Bowl spot above, this one’s pulling no punches. The Bourne in this latest sequel knows exactly who he is, having shaken off the restraints of his amnesia completely. He looks like he’s ready for action too, though it seems like the world he’s going to be reentering isn’t quite the one that he might remember.

Still a ways to go for this one, but Jason Bourne promises to be one of the most action-packed movies of the Summer when it hits theaters on July 29th.
