A brand new Doctor Strange is about to ship from Hot Toys

No stinger to the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of Doctor Strange, Hot Toys heads back to the Sanctum for a No Way Home edition, shipping soon.

Now with light-up magic

If you’re going to get into Hot Toys, and you want a Doctor Strange for your collection, I’m going to say this is the one to target. The latest version of the Sorcerer Supreme to see releases from the high-end collectible company isn’t lacking in style, accessories, or features.

Set to ship out some time before the end of January, 2023, the “Spider-Man: No Way Home” version of the good Doctor is loaded. Not only do fans get a great looking version of Strange, complete with requisite Benedict Cumberbatch sculpt, but you also get a truck load of magical effect pieces, and the whole thing stands on a light-up platform.

Here’s Sideshow’s unboxing:

Based on Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: No Way Home, the Doctor Strange 1/6 Scale Figure by Hot Toys features an all new hand-painted headsculpt capturing Benedict Cumberbatch’s appearance in the film. This incredibly detailed piece is dressed in a tailored, layered fabric costume with an intricately embroidered Cloak of Levitation, which features a magnetic clip-on design. The Doctor Strange 1/6 Scale Figure also comes with a range of mystical artifacts including an LED light-up platform, the Eye of Agamotto, colorful mystic arts effects, and sling rings, as well as interchangeable hands to recreate the spell casting scenes.

Sideshow Toys press release

Doctor Strange is set for a December-January shipping window, and is priced in at $315 USD. As usual, and since the piece hasn’t actually arrived just yet, Hot Toys’ retailing partner Sideshow still has pre-orders open. So if you want one, click here.
