Nintendo Download: Three Hopes for Fódlan’s Future

Lots of classic games on the Switch this week, with Sonic and Capcom collections, Pokemon, and Blade Runner. But don’t forget Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Houses.

Replay

If you’re into classic games, from more than a few genres, then this might just be your week. The Switch is getting a bunch of big name titles from yesteryear, and most of them are looking pretty good.

The biggest names of those are probably Sonic Origins and Capcom Fighting Collection, but there are a bunch more. Pokemon Snap for the online Expansion Pack is one of those, and lets gamers relive the N64 classic in all its glory.

Then there’s also Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition though, a game that’s had little fanfare. If you don’t know what that is, it’s an adventure title from the 90s, that features the iconic sci-fi franchise. The game’s story features mostly original characters, and takes place during the original film. If you haven’t played it, it’s definitely worth a look.

And as headliners go, there’s a pretty big new name out too, with Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Houses. A spinoff from the long-running JRPG series, Three Houses is decidedly more actiony, with “Warriors-style gameplay”.

As usual too, there are a bunch more titles, mostly smaller stuff and few that you’ll have heard of. But nevertheless, they’re there and might just tickle that old fancy.

Check out the full listing below.
