Death Stranding’s PC tech specs revealed

You might’ve forgotten, but one of the biggest console games of 2019 is almost here for the PC. Nw we know what you’ll need to play it.

Death arrives

Originally released in late 2019, Death Stranding remains an interesting title. The game is about re-connecting surviving human settlements after some kind of mystical apocalypse, by running internet cables.

Of course, the actually story that plays out is a lot more complicated than that. Though you had to know that, simply because it’s a Hideo Kojima title. Let’s face it, he likes getting complex when it comes to narrative.

Now a whole new audience will be able to trek across Death Stranding’s dreary world, when the game hits the PC on July 14th (pre-order info here). And thanks to 505 Games and Kojima Productions, we know know what kind of hardware you’ll need to play it.

DEATH STRANDING for PC is also receiving a hotly anticipated injection of Half-Life related content, offering surreal crossover missions with Valve’s Half-Life universe. A familiar face has crossed over into the world of DEATH STRANDING, impersonating Bridges’ employees and sending request emails prompting Sam to locate and secure companion cubes throughout the world. Completing these requests will reveal the mystery behind the friendly imposter and award Sam with useful new equipment and accessories.
