Toy Fair 20: Super Impulse goes small for MOTU, GI Joe, TMNT and more

You might know Super Impulse for their awesome line of micro arcade cabinets. If so, you really need to check out their cool, lil’ action figures too.

Going tiny

If you’ve been collecting (or playing with) toys for any length of time, then you know that a somewhat common element is tiny stuff. Over the years we’ve had a few different lines of miniature action figures and vehicles, to varying degrees of success.

Probably the uh biggest of those has always been Micro Machines. That line was and is (it’s back now) about vehicles however. There’s never been a series of toys that I can recall that’s starred solely micro action figures. Till now anyway.

Super Impulse’s World’s Smallest Action Figures fill in that gap, with some of the coolest little figures anywhere. Featuring three points of articulation and collector packaging, the line encompasses three licenses so far, with Transformers, GI Joe, and Power Rangers. But that’s changing, as it is expanding in some impressive ways here in 2020.

Masters of the Universe, Marty Abrams Presents Mego Horror Assortment, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and freaking Dungeons & Dragons are all being added in. That’s incredibly impressive, since those are all massive licenses. No small feat.

The little figures are looking great, and should be hitting this very year. Check ’em out in the gallery below.
