Super7’s Conan and Andre the Giant figures up for pre-order

Is it possible Super7’s Conan the Barbarian Ultimates figures are what’s best in life? Maybe not. Maybe it’s their Andre the Giant Ultimate figure.

Super7 is a company on the move. Not only have they made a pile of Masters of the Universe figures in the recent past, but they’re moving and shaking in terms of licensees in 2020. The company will have the coveted Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IP in-house for some awesome looking toys, as well as a slew of other lines like NJPW, Toxic Avenger, and Conan the Barbarian here.

This new series of Conan figures is based on the movies from the 80s, which makes it a little different than most of what we’ve seen before. And yes, before you ask, there’s an Arnold license. For that matter, there’s a James Earl Jones license too. That’s gotta be a tough one to secure.

By now you’ve figured that the wave 1 assortment includes Conan and Thulsa Doom, but it also has a pair of Doom’s best warriors. All four make up a pretty impressive set, and will include a ton of accessories, hence the “Ultimates” tag.

• “Crom, grant me one request. Grant me revenge!” Charging out of the 1982 cinematic juggernaut is the slave turned warrior hero Conan! The Pit Fighter Conan the Barbarian Movie ULTIMATES! Figure is a 7″ tall, fully poseable action figure packaged in a deluxe slip case-style box. Conan is shown in his Pit Fighter outfit and comes with: Broken Father’s Sword, two Katars, two Gauntlets, Alternate Head and necklace.
• Thulsa Doom“Steel isn’t strong, boy. Flesh is stronger.” Conan’s nemesis is the savage warlord and sorcerer Thulsa Doom! The Thulsa Doom Ultimate Figure is a 7″ tall fully poseable action figure packaged in a deluxe slip case-style box. • Thorgrim“You killed my snake. Thorgrim is beside himself with grief!” Thulsa Doom’s loyal lieutenant and destroyer Thorgrim is a 7″ tall, fully poseable action figure packaged in a deluxe slip case-style box. With his dreaded hammer, Thorgrim sets off to battle Conan with: Sword, Hammer and Alternate Head with Armored Helmet.

And there’s a giant too

Aside from the above, today’s announcements also include what appears to be a one-off Andre the Giant figure. The all-time wrestling great is depicted here in his early-80s ensemble, complete with fringed vest.

As with the Conan figures though, he also comes with extra hands, heads, and one accessory. It’s a beer can. Those who remember Andre know why that makes sense.
