Spider-Man: Maximum Carnage Minimates hit stores this week

Maximum Carnage fans take note, the 90s storyline is back in Minimate form this week. Expect all the heavy hitters, including Spidey, Carnage, Venom, and more.

Maximum Minimates

One of the flat-out biggest Spider-Man crossovers from the 1990s was Maximum Carnage. Not everyone was in love with it, but most fans ate it up. It was kind of hard not to, since it had kick-ass art and tons of Spider-Man heroes and villains. Most of the biggest are included here, in Diamond Select Toys’ Minimate-take on it.

I have to be honest, I kind of freaked out when I saw these at Toy Fair earlier this year. It’s Maximum Carnage! I haven’t seen that logo on action figures since Toy Biz’ line in the 90s, and it’s hard to not get excited about if you remember that era’s Marvel fondly.
