SDCC 2018: Dynamite Comics schedule for the Con unveiled

Dynamite Comics has been busy this Comic Con season. The company has had dozens of fresh announcements and will have a pretty nice schedule for the Con.

Seriously, I’ve never seen Dynamite Comics so loaded for bear. From Rainbow Bright to Mars Attacks!, there’ve been piles of announcements from the publisher. Most of them have been really interesting too, and more than a little tempting since these are some major properties.

That doesn’t not however, translate to a bloated selection of SDCC panels. The company will be presenting a very streamlined list of offerings instead. Expect some big guns for these, including the 50th anniversary of a certain alien blood-sucker.

  • Dynamite Entertainment: 50 Years of Vampirella
    Thursday, 7/19/18, Room: 8

    Friday, 7/20/18, Room: 4
    1:00-2:00 – Executive Editor Joseph Rybandt introduces John Layman (Charlie’s Angels, Chew), Mark Russell (The Lone Ranger), Erica Schultz (Xena), Billy Tucci (Miss Fury, Shi), plus surprise guests to reveal hot SDCC exclusive announcements about upcoming projects! Q&A session moderated by CEO/Publisher Nick Barrucci.
  • Dynamite Entertainment: Skin&Earth – Running A One Woman Show: Lights
    Saturday, 7/21/18, Room: 26AB
    6:30 – 7:30  – Collected for the first time as an interactive trade paperback and hardcover, Skin&Earth—the original story and 14-track record, all written, illustrated, colored and recorded by Lights herself, can finally be experienced as one cohesive vision. Join Lights as she talks about her vision with an introduction from Nick Barucci (CEO & publisher at Dynamite Entertainment) and a Q&A moderated by Franki Chan (Founder IHEARTCOMIX). Room 26-AB
