Bloodshot USA #1 (comics) Preview

How does a city of 8 million, all turned into Bloodshots sound? That’s the threat Bloodshot will be facing in his new mini-series.

One Bloodshot is deadly, but 8 million is a global problem

Hell, 8 million Bloodshots could be an extinction level event. Good thing the original Bloodshot is on it then. And for that matter, good thing writer Jeff Lemire is too.

Lemire has been penning Bloodshot stories since the character’s resurgence and has tried to mix it up, genre-wise, with each of them. According to the author, Bloodshot USA is the sum total of all that. Yep, this is the big poppa of Bloodshot tales.

So it’s also a good thing then, that artist Doug Braithwaite will be lending his talented penciling to the book. ‘Cause this thing is gonna be explosive with a capital ‘E’. The first of four issues, Bloodshot USA #1 hits the stands and digital storefronts on October 26th.
