Marvel Comics talks up new Star War comic in new featurette

Have you picked up the new Star Wars #1 from Marvel yet? If not, check out this new featurette and see what you’re missing.

As Star Wars makes its historic return to Marvel with the official release of Star Wars #1, hear from series writer Jason Aaron, series editor Jordan D. White, and Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso about the creation of this monumental new ongoing series.

STAR WARS #1 is available now in comic shops, on the Marvel Comics App and on Marvel.com

Marvel’s making a lot out of Star Wars returning to the fold and with good reason. The property is only one of the biggest in all of entertainment and representative of a brand new universe (literally) of comics for the publisher to, well, publish. Already Marvel has the banner comic that we’re talking about here, as well as Princess Leia and Darth Vader mini-series’ coming up, so there’s a lot here to plumb. Personally, I’d expect to see more books coming out of the Galaxy Far, Far Away and sooner than later (we are entering ‘Con season you know).

Till then, get ready for a little more original trilogy goodness with Star Wars, as issue #1 is on the racks as we speak.

About Jason Micciche

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
