Comic Con’s mean cosplay and NYCC was a hotbed of some pretty amazing stuff last weekend.
There were so many great costumes at NYCC 2014, that I ended up not taking pictures of most of them as I conducted interviews and talked with public relations people at booths on the show floor. My head was on a virtual swivel though, as this show seemed to eclipse SDCC this past July as the showcase for some incredible talents and their creations.
My personal pick of the show is probably that phenomenal Doc Ock above (even though I always liked the white suited Doc the best), but you’ll see plenty of superheroes, a few Guardians of the Galaxy, some very timely Evil Within characters, and even a Dark Lord in the gallery below. Have a look, pretty much all of them are almost guaranteed to be better than whatever you’re planning to wear for Halloween (I know they all beat my traditional Ghostbuster garb).
