The Elder Scrolls Online goes to Craglorn for its first post-launch content

Bethesda’s already massive (pardon the pun) MMO The Elder Scrolls Online is about to get even bigger thanks to an expansion into the realm of Craglorn.

As games go, The Elder Scrolls titles have never been ones to spare the time and terrain. These games are as monstrous as RPG’s get and can easily be played for months on end if you really wanted to- and a lot of players do. With The Elder Scrolls Online though, we’re talking a whole new level of life-consuming.

As our own Jake C said in his review of the game, he put 20 some-odd hours into the game to get a solid take on it, but felt like he barely scratched the surface of what you could do in the wonderful (and now online) world of the Scrolls.

The first step towards building the game’s world even bigger in the post-launch period is almost here now with the Craglorn expansion. The new zone will hit later this month and will be open to all TESO subscribers. As hinted at in the trailer, Craglorn will have an all-new storyline and will be tilted towards the heartier adventurers among us; specifically groups of 4 to 12.
