Bloodshot #15 (Comics) Preview

Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps are behind enemy lines in the heart of the Harbinger Foundation. With ‘Shot weakened by Harbinger’s scientists, do they have a chance at making it out?

Project Rising Spirit has just activated a new crop of expendable suicide commandos…and they’re first field mission is a one-way ticket into the crosshairs of Toyo Harada!

Trapped in an enemy stronghold, Bloodshot has been broken – dismantled piece-by-piece, nanite-by-nanite by the Harbinger Foundation’s most disturbed minds. But when Bloodshot’s signal goes dark, who can the black ops military contractor known as Rising Spirit bring in to recover its most expensive soldier? Time to call in…H.A.R.D. Corps!

Issue #14 might have been the first official issue of the ‘all new’ Bloodshot and HARD Corps book (which used to be just plain old Bloodshot), but this is where the action really kicks in.

With Bloodshot now busted out by his new teammates, the crew will have to shoot their way out of Harbinger HQ- which sound easier than it really is since Toyo Harada is always lurking around. And of course, ‘Shot has been severely de-powered by Harada since he’s had his nanite stream winnowed down to almost nothing by the main bad man himself.

Harada has a serious god-complex, which is something that will be ever more interesting as he plays against the other power-members of the Valiant Universe. Don’t forget that he’s not only crossed over into Bloodshot at the moment, but also is making waves with X-O himself thanks to his Unity team. are all of Valiant’s books as close to ‘must reads’ as you can get right now? Yeah, probably.

Bloodshot and H.A.R.D. Corps #15 shoots its way onto the racks (complete with that awesome Doom-inspired variant cover) today from the creative team of Christos Gage, Joshua Dysart and artist Emanuela Lupacchino.

About Jason Micciche

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
