SDCC: Person of Interest’s Machine invades hotel rooms at the Con

CBS’ hit show Person of Interest will be a sponsor at the 2013 SDCC next week with some key cards that might just be invading your hotel room.

From JJ Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions and Jonathan Nolan, Person of Interest has been a pretty big hit for CBS television. An action/adventure show that’s drenched in paranoia and mixed in with high-tech gadgetry and gunplay, PoI has shot series stars Jim Caviezel and Michael Emerson to the top of fans ‘must watch’ list.

And Caviezel and Emerson will also be front and center on some very cool hotel keycards with a pair of designs set to be available at several “top hotels” throughout the San Diego area during the con. Forty thousand cards in all will appear at thirty hotels here in the sixth year that CBS will be sponsoring the SDCC festivities.

One card will have the images of the two stars emblazoned across it, while the second will have a special message for those who say the show’s tech is too outlandish and unrealistic. When you take this Time magazine article into account while you scan the card, it’s not too hard to see what the show’s producers are trying to tell you.

Also on tap for Comic Con is a panel scheduled to take place on Saturday the 20th. Details for the presentation are yet to be released, but fans can expect to see series stars and executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Greg Plageman in attendance.

Person of Interest airs on CBS and will debut its third season this September the 20th when it moves to Tuesdays at 10/9c on CBS.
