DST to re-release the Goblin and the Ghost

Diamond Select’s older Marvel Select figures can be a bit on the tough side to find at retail these days, but the company is bringing two classic figures out of retirement and back to stores this Summer.

So as you can see, the Ghost Rider is looking pretty awesome in his classic Johnny Blaze persona. This pre-Cage, pre-90s version of the character is dressed in his traditional daredevil (no, not that Daredevil) attire and comes complete with a sculpted base depicting his own little slice of hell. And they say you can’t go home again.

The Green Goblin figure is, without a doubt, one of my personal favorites that Diamond has produced. This figures comes with not only the Goblin, but also a Peter Parker ‘accessory’ figure that’s all tied up (apparently Pete can’t break through rope) reenacting the cover of Amazing Spider-Man #39 from way back in August of ’66.

So there you go, another chance to stock up on two of DST’s best this Summer with all new packaging- get ’em while they last at comic stores and online retailers soon.
