Preview: Cable & X-Force #8

Cable and his team are in for world of trouble when they find themselves off-world and in the sights of an alien armada- and the Uncanny Avengers.

I loved the old X-Force book from the ’90s- that first team that Cable headed up (with Shatterstar, Domino, etc…) and this latest incarnation of the hard-hitting mutant group recaptures some of that magic in a great way. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the un-cyborged Cable, but overall Cable & X-Force is a solid book and a lot of fun to read.
