Begun, the Clone War has… with this new trailer

Fans of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV show should be very happy with the looks of the new Zen Pinball table releasing this week.

Set between the events of the Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, the Star Wars: The Clone Wars pinball table features Anakin Skywalker and his apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, both represented as 3D characters, as well as Asajj Ventress, Savage Opress and battle Droids. The table would not be complete without a Republic attack gunship, which is especially spectacular when the table is played in 3D.

I’m pretty surprised as to how ‘current’ the table is with the show. Savage Oppress (Darth Maul’s brother) is a featured character and Maul is plastered right on the table itself; that’s current right up to the season playing on television right now.

I’m also pretty surprised at how much I like the look of this third table in the set. The Clone Wars isn’t a huge favorite of mine, but this is some good stuff- though really, that’s probably to be expected since this is Zen we’re talking about.

Star Wars Pinball hits the PSN, Xbox Live, and iOS this week.
