Feast your eyes on these Valiant variant covers

Set for release across the first few months of 2015, these variant covers from Valiant Comics are anything but bland.

Colorful to the max, these covers are the result of graphic designer Tom Muller, who’s put his best color-twisting abilities to work for the publisher. In all, the issues that’ll be sporting the new color-soaked art will be Ivar, Timewalker #1 and The Valiant #2 (which are both due the 21st of this month), Imperium #1 (February 4th),  Divinity #1 (February 11th), Ninjak #1 (March 11th), and Bloodshot Reborn (April 15th).

“Tom is one of the most talented designers working in the industry today, and his first collaboration as a member of the Valiant Next team is nothing short of an absolute knockout,” said Valiant Editor-in-Chief Warren Simons. “Each series in the Valiant Next line-up is the product of hard work and vision by some the finest creators working today, and Tom’s contributions – combined with the stellar artwork of Paolo RiveraMico SuayanTrevor Hairsine, and Clayton Henry – will ensure that these titles practically leap off the shelf of your local comic shop.”

Now, as you might imagine, supplies on these bad boys will not exactly be plentiful. The covers will be short-run and, should you really want them, should be pre-ordered at your local comics shop post-haste. And I think that’s what I’ll be doing, since these’d look freaking awesome all mounted together in a poster frame.

…and if I actually manage to do that, I’ll have completed my regression back to teenage status.
