You won’t find any Cumberbatch in this new Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments trailer, but you will find a whole heck of a lot to like in this classic depiction of the character.
Frogwares and Focus Home already have plenty of fans of their Sherlock Holmes series that’s been around for a while now, but Crimes & Punishments is a whole new ballgame. Completely redone and cast in the Unreal engine, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s famed consulting detective has never looked or sounded better in a game.
The trailer above is a highlight of just one case in the game, which’ll actually give players a heck of a lot more to do than ever before too. This time around Sherlock will actually have some sleuthing to do and some choices to make that emphasize the crime and punishment theme.
Personally, I’m excited for it. If you are too, make sure you stay tuned for the second quarter of this year when the game will hit the PC, PS3, PS4 and the Xbox 360.
