A look at the sort of gameplay you can expect from Acid Wizard’s top-down survival horror game.
A pre-alpha gameplay teaser has been released for Acid Wizard’s top-down survival horror game Darkwood. The game is described as a “top-down, oldschool survival horror set in a procedurally generated, open world. It features RPG and roguelike elements, with intense combat and a eerie atmosphere.”
The development team is made up of three people, and features randomnly generated worlds, crafting and perks and abilities to improve your chances of survival. It also features permadeath, although you won’t lose everything you have, and some things will carry over to your next ‘incarnation’.
