Terminator 2’s terrifying post-apocalypse pops off of the big screen, with Hot Toys’ newest. Check out the just-announced Endoskeleton.
Straight from Terminator 2’s first moments
A legendary movie from director James Cameron, Terminator 2 is a true icon. The action/horror/sci-fi flick remains one of the rarities in cinema too, as it’s a movie that outdoes the original. And from the first moments of its debut in theaters back in 1991, audiences knew they were in for something special.
Among other things, that’s due to the incredible sequence that led off for the movie. And yes, we’re talking about the ‘future war’ segment, where Skynet’s deadliest marched across a war-torn battlefield. Well, if you’re a fan of the movie, and specifically that stunning opening, read on. Retailer Sideshow has just taken the wraps off of an upcoming Hot Toys figure that looks to us like it leapt right from the silver screen.
Set for launch in 2026, the Endoskeleton (Battle Damaged Version) is looking flat-out incredible. Fans can look for swappable parts and plasma rifles, as well as a pair off portraits. No, there’s no Arnold head (that’d just look silly), but there will be both “battle-damaged” and undamaged options. Both of those will have light-up eyes too, so whichever way you want to display this monster, he should be looking appropriately menacing.
Fight the future

Hot Toys is bringing this iconic cinematic cyborg to life with the striking Endoskeleton (Battle Damaged Version) 1/6 Scale Collectible Figure. Featuring diecast elements, the figure is expertly electroplated with weathered details to highlight its intricate mechanical design.
It comes with two interchangeable endoskeleton skulls — one battle-damaged and one undamaged version — both equipped with red LED-illuminated eyes. This highly poseable collectible has 25 points of articulation and comes with a variety of interchangeable components, including a chest plate, upper arms, and a right thigh plate. This unstoppable machine comes with 2 plasma rifles to complete its formidable look. Collectors can further enhance their display with a specially designed skull-themed figure base.
