It’s launch day, and the eShop is stocked with Mario Kart World, Switch 2 ports for multiple Zelda titles, GameCube games, and more.

Yes, that magical day has arrived. With the Switch 2 on retail shelves (well, kinda), fans have one of the most impressive launch lineups maybe ever to sort through. And though a good chunk of those games are available in boxed format, there’s much more to peruse on the eShop.

The Nintendo Switch 2 is kicking off with a bang, delivering upgraded ports for a select few Switch 1 games, like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition. That’s hardly all though, as the totally new Mario Kart World, Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour, BRAVELY DEFAULT FLYING FAIRY HD Remaster, HITMAN World of Assassination – Signature Edition, Street Fighter 6 and a load more are all posted now.

There’s even a little something for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers, in the form of GameCube games. There fans will find the first volley of GameCube games playable, with The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker,  F-Zero GX, and SOULCALIBUR II.
