Nintendo Download: Set Sail Towards Adventure!

Sanrio’s famed cartoon kitty mascot comes to the Switch this week, with Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

Where’s Charmy Kitty?

Yes, Hello Kitty takes the spotlight for the Nintendo Download this week, in what’s another overall light period for the platform. Not that it’s really a shock that’s the case, since this is January after all. And as anyone in the hobby knows, just after Christmas things get a little light when it comes to new releases.

Nevertheless Hello Kitty is here and ready to take fans on an Island Adventure. Players will nestle up to what’s described as a “cozy” experience, as they explore a mysterious isle and make friends with the cast of the iconic property.

While it is a slim release week, there are other new games however, as Phantom Brave: The Lost Hero arrives alongside the Accolade Sports Collection (QUByte Classics), the Star Wars Prequel Pack and more. For those subscribing to Nintendo Switch Online’s catalog, there are some fresh options there as well, with a trio of new entries that includes the SNES’ Fatal Fury 2.
