A long-awaited return to medieval Bohemia is coming to consoles and PC soon with Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
The adventure continues
It’s been a while since Kingdom Come: Deliverance launched on the PC and consoles, so the ‘long-awaited’ tag probably fits pretty well for this sequel. From PLAION and developer Warhorse Studios, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will continue the tale of Henry of Skalitz, with more role-playing action.
The sequel is already pretty darn popular too, with over a million wishlists on Steam, according to the publisher. From the look of the trailer, there’s good reason for that.
The latest trailer delves into the chaos, brutality, and intrigue of a realistic late Middle Ages world. It follows Henry, a young man seeking justice for his murdered parents, as he embarks on an epic journey where his morality and integrity are tested. With blood feuds and political conspiracies unravelling, Henry’s choices will ultimately shape his destiny.
PLAION press release
If you’ve been eagerly awaiting the game, or are a part of that massive list of people who’ve wish-listed the game, then you’ll also be happy to know that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II‘s release date has been nudged up.
Fans can get ready to draw their swords in quarter one of 2025, as the game is officially “in the final stages of optimization”, and is en route for a February 4th launch.
