The frenetic action of Trepang 2 is back with the Bladekisser DLC

Starring insane action and slick first-person shooter gameplay, Trepang 2 is getting some fresh DLC with Bladekisser.

Kiss this

If you played Trepang 2 last year then you already know that the oddly named first-persons shooter was one of the coolest entries in the genre in a while. Wholly original but building off of legacy ‘supernatural’ themed FPS’, Trepang 2 features a tale of cloning, psychic abilities, and super fast and bloody gunplay. Now Trepang Studios and Team17 Digital are back with a downloadable content drop, one that’s set to brings something new to the action.

What’s that? Well, at the top of the Bladekisser pack, is… a blade. A wicked sword isn’t all that’s included though, as there’s also a new machine gun and a pistol you can use to turn the baddies into Swiss cheese. But hang on, there’s more, as Bladekisser also includes “2 new side missions, 9 combat simulator maps, 3 HVTs and new intel.”

Following the launch of Trepang 2 last year, this DLC will feature 3 new weapons, a fresh Sword to slice, a mint machine gun to brrrrppppt all in your line of fire and a revolver to obliterate your enemies. It also includes 2 new side missions, 9 combat simulator maps, 3 HVTs and new intel.

Team17 press release

Bladekisser arrives on July 25th, 2024, and will run you $7.99 USD if picked up a’la carte. Of course it’s also a part of the season pass, which is included with the Deluxe and Banger Editions of the game. Speaking of, Trepang 2 is out now in all its forms for the PC, and has a sale running right now for 40% off the usual ticket price.
