McFarlane’s first Chaos Marine arrives for pre-order in WH40K line

It’s a little weird how McFarlane Toys keeps sneaking out new Warhammer 40K figures, but it’s also tough to complain when they’re this cool.

The dark gods

If you’ve been collecting McFarlane Toys Warhammer 40K figures, then you already know what a terrific job the company is doing with it. For what’s essentially the very first mass market toy line starring the Games Workshop license, they’re kind of knocking it out of the park.

We’ve gotten multiple troop types already out of it, including Orks, Necron, Genestealers, and of course Sisters of Battle and Space Marines. And it’s that last category that’s gotten yet another quiet expansion.

A total of 4 new figures are up for pre-order today, including 2 ‘artist proofs’, so you can paint up your own. As usual too, there are some minor variations included that’ll make you wish you could actually paint. Well, that goes for me anyway.

In any event, the new figures are a Dark Angles Assault Intercessor Sergeant, and… a Chaos Marine. Yep, McFarlane’s first foray through the Warp is looking particularly badass too.

The above are available separately and as 6 piece case-packs from online storefronts, including our sponsors at Entertainment Earth.
