Mondo releases Batman: The Animated Series art book

Batman: The Animated Series is pretty easily one of the most celebrated superhero cartoons of all time. And honestly, you could probably take out “superhero”, and that above statement would still be true.

The 90s show has all but become the definitive take on DC’s Dark Knight, even taking the place of the actual comic book version for some fans. There are reasons for that of course, many of them. The animated series had incredible casting, shockingly grown-up writing, and some of the best art direction seen anywhere. Heck, it was so good it spawned an animated universe, complete with Superman, the Justice League, and more.
