Nintendo Download: We Live in a Civilization

Sid Meier’s Civilization VII arrives for the Switch this week, plus Ridge Racer 64, indie hit Turbo Overkill, and a host of other titles.

Already?

It seems to us that Sid Meier’s Civilization VI launched not all that long ago, but that title actually released in 2016. So yeah, it’s probably time for another go-around with trying to create our own utopia. That’s just what’s on tap this week too, as Sid Meier’s Civilization VII arrives for the Nintendo Switch.

As usual, there are plenty of other releases though, if a Civ-sim doesn’t strike your fancy. First and foremost, is probably Turbo Overkill, an FPS from developer Trigger Happy. The title is one part retro, one part modern, and delivers a neon-drenched blast-a-thon should make cyberpunk (the genre, not the game) fans happy.

Ridge Racer 64 also arrives, gracing the Nintendo Switch Online arena, plus a tidal wave of smaller launches. Take a scroll on down the page and check out the full list.
