Get a detailed look at Threezero’s new Snake Eyes figure, as it gets ready to ship out

Retailer Sideshow has an in-depth look at G.I. Joe’s Snake Eyes, with a full unboxing of the impending Threezero figure.

For a character that doesn’t speak, Snake Eyes is pretty easily one of the most popular G.I. Joes of all time. The commando/ninja has been a mainstay from the first days of the brand’s 80s relaunch, and remains one of the faces of it today. You don’t need much more proof of that than the sheer amount of variants he’s got when it comes to action figures, and that includes of the higher-end variety.

Take Threezero for instance. The toy-maker has a still relatively young line of 12″ collector figures out there, and yet it counts several versions of the enigmatic hero among them. Even so though, there’s still more to come, like Commando Snake Eyes.

Just about to hit release, Commando Snake Eyes isn’t the version that you might associate with that title. Instead, Threezero has one of his later looks on tap, with the red-goggled, blue sweater-wearing version that debuted in 1991.

Of course, the Threezero version is just a little more impressive than that classic, and comes complete with accessories and fabric clothing. Check out Sideshow’s just-released unboxing video for a deep look at it, shipping some time between now and March.
