SDCC ’24: Ghost Machine to haunt the con with separate booth, signings and giveaways

Ghost Machine will have its own presence on the show floor in San Diego this month, with exclusives and more for fans to check out.

If you’re a Ghost Machine fan, then you already know the story behind one of comics’ newest imprints. Debuting just this year, Ghost Machine is stocked with a killer array of talent, spread out across four all-new universes loaded up with original characters. Since its books are technically published by Image Comics though, you might assume that GM would be included in said publisher’s booth at this month’s SDCC.

While that would only make sense, it’d also be wrong, as Ghost Machine will indeed have its own presence on the show floor. Located at booth #1629, the imprint has just revealed what’s on tap for what’ll be its first Con. Fans can look for signings, a place on an Image Comics panel (featuring Geoff Johns), and some slick giveaways.

One of the latter includes the first look at Hyde Street too, the first book in Ghost Machine’s new horror lineup. Given out while supplies last at the above-mentioned Image panel, Hyde Street #1 will be an ashcan edition with a cover from artist Ivan Reis. If you snag one, you’ll get a pretty early look at the title too.

From the creative team of Johns and Reis, plus Danny Miki, Brad Anderson, and Rob Leigh, Hyde Street will officially launch on October 2nd. the brand will then continue with the October 30th one-shot It Happened on Hyde Street: Devour, from Maytal Zchut, Leila Leiz and Alex Sinclair.

Along with Hyde Street too, will be limited edition covers for Geiger #1, Redcoat #1, and Rook: Exodus #1. All of those show exclusives will be available at the booth, from 10am to 6pm daily.
