Spellforce: Conquest of Eo is getting downright demonic with new playable class

THQ Nordic’s turn-based fantasy title Spellforce: Conquest of Eo is expanding next month, with the Demonologist.

Foul hellspawn

Released later last year, Spellforce: Conquest of Eo put a turn-based twist on the now familiar RTS format of the main Spellforce series. It also took the scale back a little, making for more of a 4x experience than the brand has ever had.

That game launched with a selection of playable mages, each of which were hell-bent on taking over the kingdom. But now that the title’s been out for a while, THQ Nordic is expanding the game’s collection of spell casters with the Demonologist.

Available next month, this new DLC pack will include more than the arcane lord too, with a new section of enemies and allies. Fans can expect to do battle with both foul demons and hideous trolls, as they make their way across 120 new adventures.

With 25 new units, including a whole new faction of Trolls as well as a variety of powerful demons, our mage will have no shortage of new enemies and allies for your mage. Over 30 new promotions bring a massive amount of variety to your units, helping them to face the over 120 new adventures and missions this DLC contains.

A new Troll hero, whose fate is intertwined with a powerful troll clan, as well as eight new locations await. Demon Lords have established themselves in the world, changing the very essence of the regions they control, and can be powerful allies or terrible enemies.

Your game will never be the same again….

THQ Nordic press release

The Demon Scourge pack arrives on February 13th, 2024 for Spellforce: Conquest of Eo. The DLC will be priced in at $12.99 USD, and you can expect to grab it for a neat 10% off sale price, if you buy in during the first week of sale.
