I think it’s pretty safe to say that no one saw the breakaway success of Top Gun: Maverick coming. A sequel to a film that had been one and done since the 80s, Maverick has shattered records. And I don’t mean that as in ‘post-pandemic records’. It’s bested Marvel films that hit the big screen way before the lockdowns of 2020, and is now the #5 grossing movie of all time.
As crazy as it might seem with those facts in mind though, there still aren’t all that many Top Gun collectibles out there. So if you’re wanting to add something from the film to your collection or your desktop, you’ll want to check out Icon Heroes’ latest.
The collectible company has a suite of really nice looking mini-helmets ready to go for pre-order. They’re so-far (keep in mind shipping is still something of a global-mess) set to arrive right around Holiday time too, so they could make for a slick gift.
As you can see, Maverick, Rooster, Phoenix, and Hangman are all included in this wave. Each one is 2″ tall, and comes with the translucent stand that you see in the images. They’re priced at $50 USD each.
