SDCC 22: Icon Heroes serves up limited edition Transformers and GI Joe pin sets

Making its triumphant return to SDCC this year is Icon Heroes. And of course the collectible company will have a selection of exclusive items.

Back to the con

As Icon Heroes points out in the press release for these sets, it’s been 3 years since we’ve had a Comic Con in San Diego, missing 2 conventions. That’s almost unbelievable, though it’s also a streak that’s finally come to a close with the 2022 show.

And with the return of the Con itself, and the companies that take part, there are of course a number of show-exclusives landing. Icon Heroes will be a part of that initiative, and kicks off the announcements with a pair of limited edition pin sets.

  • Transformers Autobot X Decepticon 24K Gold Plated Pin Set
    • Icon Heroes presents the Transformers Autobot X Decepticon 24K Gold Plated Pin Set, debuting exclusively at San Diego Comic Con! Featuring the Autobot and Decepticon factions, both collectible pins are encased in a black collectible keepsake box with the TRANSFORMERS logo printed in gold. $30
  • G.I. Joe Cobra X Arashikage 24K Gold Plated Pin Set
    • Icon Heroes presents the G.I. Joe Cobra X Arashikage 24K Gold Plated Pin Set, debuting exclusively at San Diego Comic Con! Featuring the Cobra and Arashikage symbols, both collectible pins are encased in a black collectible keepsake box with the G.I. JOE logo printed in gold. $30

While both of the above pin sets will be sold at the Icon Heroes booth at Comic Con, #3245 on the show floor, they’ll also be online. Those who can’t make it to the SD will find the sets on IconHeroes.com as of Friday, July 8th. Orders will ship soon afterwards too, starting on July 25th.

If you want these bad boys though, you might want to be quick (once they go on sale, that is). Each set will be limited to just 500 pieces.
