All-you-can-read comics service DC Universe Infinite goes global

DC Comics is taking its ‘unlimited’ comics-reading app global, moving DC Universe Infinite into brand new territories with some starting now.

Infinite and global too

As comics apps go, DC’s Infinite is pretty solid. The service serves as a reading platform, available for mobile OS’, and includes a robust slate of books from the publisher.

It’s not all legacy either, as DC adds new comics about 6 months after physical editions land in stores. If you don’t mind waiting, that’s a fantastic deal that’ll have you diving into new runs for a single (yearly) price.

Not that you have to wait to start reading. The service is already loaded up with 25k comics to get you started. There’s a social aspect as well, that invites readers to discuss new titles, and participate in question and answer sessions with talent. So some cool stuff overall, and now it’s set to hit a much wider audience.

DC says that the service has expanded from the US into Canada, Australia, and New Zealand as of now. But that’s not all, as Infinite will head to more territories in the months to come. Those include the UK on April 28th, and Brazil and Mexico this summer.
