Tweeterhead’s massive He-Man and Battle Cat maquette is ready for RSVP at Sideshow

If you missed the news last week, statue-maker Tweeterhead’s monstrous 1:6th scale He-Man and Battle Cat piece is ready for you to reserve interest.

Tweeterhead’s been on a roll lately, with a number of releases and announcements as goes the Masters of the Universe license. The revitalized, all-time classic property has the spotlight from the company, with a series of super-detailed and retro-inspired statues.

We just filled you in about Mer-Man, Teela, and others, but this newly revealed maquette is pretty easily the most impressive yet. Cast in the 1:6th scale, this “ultra-dynamic” piece is set to be a monster.

And not only is it going to be massive, but the He-Man and Battle Cat Classic Maquette is going to be the classic vision of the hero and his steed. So if you’re a fan of the iconic designs from MOTU’s origin, then you might want to take a long look at this centerpiece. Not that you can do much more right now.

The statue has been announced as entering the RSVP phase with Sideshow Toys, Tweeterhead’s distributor. Basically, that means you can register your interest, and get alerted as to when it’s ready for pre-order.

As for when that might be taking place, there’s no word just yet. And yes that goes for the release too, as there’s no launch date at present.
