Mezco dives into 20k Leagues Under the Sea with Captain Nemo figure

A legendary tale from author Jules Verne, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is getting into the One:12 Collective. Captain Nemo arrives in just a few weeks.

Anyone remember Nemo cakes?

A few weeks? Yep, this is a bit of a surprise announcement from Mezco Toyz, who normally gives a few months at least of lead time for their figures. But bucking that trend in a big way is Captain Nemo, who’ll be hitting stores some time from this very month, to the next (November).

There’ve been more than a couple of interpretations of the character over the decades, but this one’s decidedly ‘Mezco’. And quite frankly, he’s looking awesome.

Nemo is adorned with some great detailing, including plentiful buckles, belts, and pouches. He also seems to be a much more action-oriented version of the captain than you might be used to seeing.

Captain Nemo is up for pre-order now, and as said above is shipping very soon. He’s priced in at $112.00 USD, and you can grab one here. As to when those Nautilus crewmen you see above will be offered, no news on that just yet.

Oh, and speaking of the famous submersible, a small replica is included with Cap. Yep.
