Coming up: The games (and consoles) of November 2020

Oh my is it a big month for gaming. Aside from all the games coming along, there are also some consoles that you might have heard about.

The wheel turns over

It’s the dawn of a new generation, and I’m not talking about Pepsi. That’s right, it’s finally here; the launch of the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S is upon us. If you guessed that that might mean a whole mess of games for the current month, you’re right.

There’s a deluge of stuff coming up in short order, both for the (still) current-gen and the next. Among all of that, are a number of games that can be played on both generations of consoles, which is something relatively new when it comes to turning over the generational clock. A welcome development honestly.

So what’s all on the way? Well, you might’ve heard that Cyberpunk got nudged back yet again (it’s a joke at this point), so that’s out of the picture, but there’s still more than enough to keep you entertained, no matter what kind of gamer you are. Dirt 5, Tetris Effect, Hyrule Warriors, Yakuza, Gears Tactics, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Miles Morales, Godfall, Demon’s Souls, and a ton more are all on the way.

So get out your notes app to make your ‘want’ list, double-check your account to figure out how you’re going to pay for everything you want… and scroll down for the full highlights of what November 2020 has for you.
