Let’s get ready to be creeeaaatiiive! WWE 2K Battlegrounds will let you dig in and make your own wrestlers and arenas. the big reveal starts tomorrow.
WWE 2K Battlegrounds is pretty easily the most cartoony and arcade-like grappling game in a long time. However that doesn’t mean that it won’t have a few of the trappings of the more sim-y titles of the genre. One of those elements is the inclusion of creation modes.
Battlegrounds will allow players to build their own superstars, just like the WWE 2K games. But that’s not all, as the game will also allow for custom arenas.
2K is about ready to show all of this off too, but they’re not quite content to do it in the form of a press release. Instead, the company will be holding an online event to showcase the game’s goods.
The two day party will kick off tomorrow, Thursday the 10th, and conclude the next day on Friday. And you’d best believe it’ll include some superstars.
Xavier Woods, Cesaro, Adam Cole and Tyler Breeze will all be on hand, and be digging into Battlegrounds. They’ve appreanely already crafted their own wrestlers, and will be using those in their own customized arenas.
The fun starts at 7am pacific time tomorrow (the 10th) and will have episode 2 run the same time on the 11th. You can find the two-part series on Woods’ own YouTube channel, UpUpDownDown.
