Jurassic Park meets Volcano in this trailer for 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Jurassic-tastic
Well that was interesting. Given that the home of the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park/World is an island, I’d be tempted to see Fallen Kingdom as a swan song for the franchise. A way to end the series cleanly, with the dino-refuge itself sinking into the sea like a sorta-reptile Atlantis.
Seeing as the Jurassic films make a ton of dough though, I kinda doubt that.
So while you might see a dinosaur exodus in the trailer above, they’re probably heading to a new digs and not the briny deep. Well, not all of them anyway. And by the way, how irresponsible was InGen building a tourist attraction on a volcano? I mean… actually, forget that. They built a park populated with man-eating giant beasts. That should tell you all you need to know.
Fallen Kingdom does look pretty slick here in its first peek trailer though. And it seems like it’ll have plenty of the Jurassic franchise’s signature dino-moments. There also looks to be plenty of Rex, and that can only be a good thing.
Get ready to roar, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is set to arrive from Universal Pictures on June 22nd, 2018.
