Battlefield Premium players get first crack at battling across the Chinese mainland in the massive new map pack for Battlefield 4.
Well. It certainly looks like the ‘only in Battlefield’ saying will have some weight to it with these bad boys. China Rising features four maps in total as well as an all-new Air Superiority game mode (that focuses the action squarely on aerial combat), the triumphant return of the Dirt Bikes and a slew of new additions to Commander Mode.
Here’s what your new playgrounds are going to look like:
- Silk Road: Storm giant sand dunes and rocky cliffs in this massive map.
- Altai Range: Engage across land and air while fighting for control of the mountains.
- Guilin Peaks: Take on the enemy in close quarter combat inside tight-knit caves amidst the iconic peaks of Guilin.
- Dragon Pass: Bring the fight to Dragon Pass, a re-imagining of the classic Battlefield 2™ map Dragon Valley, adding new naval vehicles to help traverse its forking rivers and islands.
If you’re a Premium member, you’ve got access to the pack right now (so go get it). If you’re not, you’ll have to wait a bit longer, till the 17th of this month, till you can take the fight to the Eastern Front. China Rising will cost you $14.99 USD.
