Shadow Warrior- it’s Wangtastic

Yes, we all know about Lo Wang, his mighty katana and his gigantic guns… but there’s so much more to Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog’s remake of Shadow Warrior. Fully destructible bicycles for instance.

Laser guided trolling. That might be the greatest thing I’ve heard all month right there.

In any event, the new Shadow Warrior looks like it’s hitting all the right marks and really trying to update and re-envision the original game. And that’s a good thing as the satirical and comedic nature of the game was almost as big a draw as the action and FPS gunplay was. If there’s one thing that fans would want to see from this new version (outside of it just being a solid game), that’d be it.

Check out Lo Wang when Shadow Warrior hit the PC via Steam and GOG.com on September 26th. Looking for some pre-order goodies? We’ve got you covered right here.

About Jason

Jason's been knee deep in videogames since he was but a lad. Cutting his teeth on the pixely glory that was the Atari 2600, he's been hack'n'slashing and shoot'em'uping ever since. Mainly an FPS and action guy, Jason enjoys the occasional well crafted title from every genre.
