What’s new in Skylanders Giants?

Oh, lots of stuff according to Activision and Toys for Bob. They’ve even made a little trailer to prove it.

Honestly, I doubt there are too many fence-sitters out there that Activision really has to convince here. Skylanders was a runaway hit when it was released last year around this time and there’s no reason to think that the sequel won’t do just as well.

Actually, there’s no reason to think it won’t do better when you consider that some early leaked Giants characters are going for max money on eBay already- and they couldn’t even be used in a game till Giants dropped at retail yesterday!

And speaking of launch dates; Skylanders Giants is now stomping all over retail shelves for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and 3DS (which is actually be a different, more platform based, game). Wii U players will be able to get their hands on the game on November 18th- right alongside the Wii U console.
