Exclusive Ant-Man and Wasp head to Disney Stores

The MCU’s Ant-Man and the Wasp are hitting stores in action figures form from Diamond Select Toys, and as Disney Store exclusives.

Little tiny heroes

One of the nicer surprises of the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been the Ant-Man series of films. The series is two action/comedies deep at this point, and has expanded to include the Wasp.

Looking back, it kind of seems like heroes as classic as these two should have been there from the MCU’s beginning. Both are founding members of the comics version of the Avengers, after all. But either way, it’s nice to have them on screens now. And also, while we’re on the subject, in stores.

DST has announced that both Ant-Man and The Wasp will be landing in Disney Stores very soon. The figures will be exclusives, so you won’t find them anywhere else, and they’ll be loaded with tinier versions of themselves.

These are your typical Marvel Select figures in terms of scale, so you’ll find 7″ and 6.5″ heights on Ant-Man and Wasp respectively. And each one stocks 16 points of articulation, with interchangeable hands/fists.

About those “tinier versions” too – they’re pretty rad. Wasp comes with mini-figures (2″ tall) of both herself, Hope Van Dyne, and the second Ant-Man Scott Lang.

Lang on the other hand, ups the ante a bit with three minis. Those include the original Wasp, Janet Van Dyne (in costume), and 2 versions of the original Ant-Man Hank Pym, one in his Ant-Man costume and one in his Quantum-Realm suit.

Overall this is some awesome stuff, and pretty much a necessary inclusion in an MCU Avengers collection. You can find both as well as a ton of other DST Marvel figures, at both Disney brick and mortars and at either shopdisney.com or shop.marvel.com.
