Call of Duty compares present to future

Activision has released that video shown at the Xbox One presentation comparing the current generation Modern Warfare 3 to Call of Duty: Ghosts.

The character models definitely look better, that’s not all that debatable, but they do still have that robotic stare that current gen characters do, they just look better doing it. Hopefully when Ghosts’ soldiers are in motion and in game, that’ll either be unnoticeable or ‘fixed’.

I can’t get enough of those environments though, they look absolutely incredible. The sheer level of detail and ‘stuff’ for lack of a better word is just beyond impressive. If this is just the first taste of what games are going to look like on the PS4 and Xbox One, then we’re in for some very pretty gaming indeed.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is expected on store shelves this Fall for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS4 and the Xbox One.
